Interview with Tania Elizabeth

Welcome, Tania Elizabeth!
1.  For those who might not be familiar with you, would you be a
dear and tell the readers a little about yourself? How did you get your start in
the writing business?

(Tania) Writing and poetry has always been a deep passion of my own. Though like all of us, I had dealt with my own demons and I believe that I was never in the right frame of mind to have my work published. Until 2 years ago. This is when I began my own journey of self discovery and learnt the true meaning of “I love me”. It was then, that I gained the foresight and courage to live out my dreams and begin my true path of having the world read my words.
2. Do you ever suffer from writer’s block? If so, please share how you handle it.
(Tania) Please do not curse
myself for stating this. Though, I will not allow the fear of the block to
exist within myself. I live in complete faith and belief that the words will
always flow, and that they have always done. The fear only arises out of the
fear of failure. No one of us are ever a failure, and it is only our own selves
that can bring this true upon oneself.
3. Contrary to what some people envision about a fantasy
writer’s life, it’s not all glitz and glam. Well not for the majority of us.
With that bubble sadly busted, when you’re not writing, how to do you spend
your time?
(Tania)  As a single mother, my
time is spent being a cook, a nurse, a chauffeur, a counselor, a teacher…basically,
just a damn good mum
4. I know many writers, such as Dirk and myself, keep their
pastime/career a secret. Do those close to you know you write? If so, what are
their thoughts?
(Tania) My life in the
literary world is not one of secret. I have chosen to use my words and that of
my own life experiences (both good and bad) as ways of inspiring others to reach
and live for their dreams. That no matter what life throws our way, we are
still capable of living all we envision.
5. Will you share with us your all time favorite authors? If
you’re like me, it’s a long list so give us your top ten.
(Tania) Wow . . . yes, that
list could go on and on and on . . .
Enid Blyton, William Shakespeare,
J.R.R Tolkien, Charles Dickens, Penny Jordan, Carlyle Labuschagne, Jodi
Picoult, Stephanie Meyer, Xavier Saer and Dean Mayes.
6. If you could choose one book to go to the big screen,
yours or otherwise, which book would you choose and whom would you love see
casted in the parts?
(Tania) Definitely my own! Just
picture the big screen with ethereal and sensual faeries. Magic, Love, Compassion,
Betrayal, Deceit, Humor, Violence, Adventure, Sexual Energies . . . Mmmmm . . .
I couldn’t think of anything better 😉
As for characters,
that’s easy . . . Charlize Theron to play Tatiana, Olivia Wilde to play
Corozon, Carrie Underwood to play Crystabella, Liam Hemsworth to play Kailen,
Brian J White to play Edan, Kellan Lutz to play Malaika, and Gerald Butler to
play Lyric.
Yes, I have thought
about this in detail
7. Would you care to tell us what you’re working on now?
That is if it’s not top-secret information. If so, just whisper it in my ear. I
swear it’ll go no further. .
(Tania) ‘The Mirrors Shadow’.
This is the second book to my trilogy ‘The
Tier of Eternal Grace’
This will be
released about September this year.
8. Where can we find your stories and is there a particular
reading order?
(Tania) Book One ‘The Moon
Clearing’ is available on . . .
9. Would you please share how your present and future fans
can contact you?
10. Before we conclude this enlightening interview, do you
have anything else you’d like to share? The stage is all yours.
(Tania) To give to others is
to give to oneself.

I just launched the
Starlight Authors Aid. This is a 21day endeavor, ending on the 3rd
of May, being Starlight Day, to help raise much needed funds for the Starlight
Children’s Foundation, which supports terminally ill children and their
There are two ways
in which people can help.
It is very simple.

Simply host, review
or interview myself/my book via a blog post, amazon, newspaper, radio, TV
between the dates of Friday 12th of April and Friday the 3rd of May.
For every
appearance, I will be donating $1 to the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
If anyone
can help, I would be so grateful. If you can connect me with anyone else who
would be happy to interview, do a short post or review on myself/my book, I
would be ever so grateful more.
You may also donate
direct via this link below.
And follow our
progress on the Starlight Author’s Aid Facebook Page.
We are looking at
making this an annual event. This year it is based upon myself, though every
year after, we will base it upon another upcoming author.

So please share and
pass this along to all. Let’s make this a huge affair and raise much needed
funds for a very worthy cause.

  1. Picturing all those gorgeous celebrities as your characters has me ready to read your book.

Great cause you're involved with, Tania.

  2. Thank you Debb. Yes, a bevy of stunning beings that they would be 😉 Delicious to say the least.
And Starlight is very close to my heart for many reasons, and I am incredibly blessed to be surrounded by so many divine souls such as Kameron's, who are willing to give up a little of their time to help such a worthy cause.
    Love and Blessings xo
